The Croatian striker is not happy with his role as a substitute in the Bavarian giants, and seek a transfer if the situation does not change
Croatian Ivica Olic before expressed his dissatisfaction with his current situation at Bayern Munich, and revealed his desire to seek a transfer if things do not change.
The injury-plagued 32-year 6-0 in his team to escape Ingolstadt in DFB Pokal match Wednesday, but was "disappointed" in his choice as the 62nd minute replacement anyway.
"With each workout, I feel a little better," said Goal.com only after the game. "But I was disappointed that I could play from the start today. In the end I was happy to come for half an hour."
He managed his longest appearance of the season in Wednesday's game, Olic is still far from being content, and will seek employment elsewhere if he does not get more time to play.
"I always hope I'll play," he said. "I was injured for a long time, maybe I need to have more patience. However, I feel good and I always said I would not be happy if I did not play. And I say today. When I see that I get more playing time, so I have to think about change.
"I always said I will not be happy if I'm sitting on the bench during the winter of my career. If I can not play here, so I'll try elsewhere. "
OLIC Bayern was a key person in 2009-10, scoring 19 goals in all competitions as Die Roten won the Bundesliga and the DFB Pokal, and marched towards the Champions League final.
But after missing almost the entire 2010-11 season with a knee injury, he found himself behind Mario Gomez, Nils Petersen and Thomas Muller in the hierarchy of the attackers in the team of Jupp Heynckes. This season, he managed just five appearances, totaling a combined 72 minutes.
