Having warmed up with a 2-1 victory over Uruguay in a friendly on Sunday, Joachim Low's men look ready to extend their lead in the group on Friday night.
Neuer, who seems to Bayern Monaco this summer, remained silent about his future, just focus on the upcoming International.
"We played well against Uruguay, and now I'm looking forward to qualifying," he told reporters. "Despite the many changes in [the game], we put strong. This is a good sign, and so we go to Vienna, a good mind."
On his future, he added, "I have important games in front of me and then everything else is secondary"
Benedikt Höwedes Neuer of Schalke team-mate, who was invited to the German side, and made his debut against Uruguay, said he was surprised by its inclusion.
