Real Madrid coach Jose Mourinho is convinced of the turkish-german Mesut Ozil background made him the player currently has.
Ozil was born and raised in Gelsenkirchen to Turkish parents, and Mourinho believes playmaker has the advantage of learning to play football the way German and Turkish have natural flair in his game.
"On one hand, Mesut a very German mentality with respect to discipline, respect, willingness to learn and how he and other actors to work together," said Mourinho Sport Bild.
"He has, however, from the Turkish part of his mind, a little creativity, dynamism and technology."
Mourinho believes Ozil has what it takes to become one of the best players in the world, while continuing to improve.
"It's incredibly talented. He is mentally up to it, he's smart and he wants to perform well. Maybe we should wait a bit to see exactly how it develops and the direction it takes. "
Ozil moved to Santiago Bernabeu in the summer of 2010 after impressing at the World Cup in South Africa, and in bags of 11 goals and 27 assists in his debut season last campaign
